Meet Vanessa

Born and raised in Lewisville, Texas, just outside Dallas, Vanessa made the move to the San Antonio area with her family about eight years ago and now proudly calls the Bulverde area home. She and her husband, Andrew, have three children: their son, Julian, and two daughters, Veronica and Natalie. Between raising their girls, spending time with family, and staying involved in their community, life is rarely boring!

Before becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Vanessa helped manage the day-to-day operations of River Oak Appraisals, a residential appraisal company she and Andrew built together, and she still does. Working closely with the appraisal side of the real estate industry gave her a valuable understanding of property values, market trends, and the many factors that influence a home's worth. That experience, combined with her natural ability to connect with people, made becoming a REALTOR® a natural next step.

Having made the move from a big city to the Texas Hill Country herself, Vanessa understands what draws families to communities like Bulverde, Spring Branch, and the surrounding areas. She loves the slower pace of life, the beautiful Hill Country scenery, and the sense of community, all while having the conveniences of San Antonio just a short drive away. Whether helping a family find their first home, make a move to the Hill Country, or prepare to sell, Vanessa brings a friendly, down-to-earth approach and a genuine appreciation for the place she calls home.
